So we decided to condense a complex service offering into a simple human choice. We knew the value wasn’t in the tech - it was in what the tech enabled. So we flipped the script, making business owners our main characters and nbn the helpful supporter.

With business nbn, you have the freedom to take your business wherever it needs to go. It frees you from mundane concerns, like interruptions or crowding on the network. And it also gives you the freedom to dream big. The freedom we based this concept on was spotlighted in both the copy and the art direction. Every line spoke to the liberation of business nbn, and the imagery wide, open spaces with limitless potential, while heroing what matters, the people of the business.

business nbn held the ultimate trump card. It makes your business a priority with customised support and services - just like you, nbn puts your business first. Our copy spoke to nbn’s dedication: that no matter the circumstances, they would be there for businesses. And with unapologetic simplicity driving sophisticated dark, luxurious finishes and strategic lighting, our art direction created the premium feeling that was so important to this concept.
